Boat Race with 99 Engines Pets: Sources, Rarities and Inventory

These seven named pets come from two sources: egg hatching and timed Online Gifts. Use their source to decide whether to spend Wins on a hatch or check a reward countdown.

Eternal Star's OP! text is a reward-card label, not a rarity. The 30-Wins egg also has a separate silhouette labeled ??? with a displayed 0.01% chance; see the egg pool for that entry.

Hatch a pet

1. Bring at least 30 Wins to the Eggs display beside START, near the training area.
2. Approach the 30-Wins egg and use E / Open for one hatch.
3. Wait for the result, then click Click to continue.
4. Open Pets with the left-side paw icon to find your new pet.

Each opening costs 30 Wins and gives a random result. A hatch does not guarantee Dog or any other specific pet. Use the egg locations and cost planner to budget additional openings.

Claim a pet from Online Gifts

1. Open the gift icon on the left.
2. Find the reward card for Verdant Demon, Greenfire Demon or Eternal Star.
3. Check that card's current countdown and wait until the reward becomes available.
4. Click its CLAIM! button to collect it.

If you own both and need to choose one for an equipment slot, prioritize Frost Angel based on its displayed inventory multiplier: 3.2x compared with Dog's 1.1x. Frost Angel is Epic; Dog is Common.

Dog is still a useful starter pet for early progression. Keep it in use while building your collection, or alongside Frost Angel when you have room.

When deciding whether to keep hatching or buy equipment, set aside Wins for your next planned purchase. The early builds and buying priorities guide covers those budget choices.

Open Pets using the paw icon on the left. The two counters at the top track different things:

• Paw counter — equipped pets. In the inventory pictured here, 1/3 means one pet is equipped out of three available slots.
• Bag counter — owned pets. 3/100 means three pets occupy an inventory with room for 100 in this example.
• Green checkmark — equipped status. The first Dog has a checkmark; the second Dog and Frost Angel are owned but not equipped.

Read your own counters for your current limits. Simply having a pet in the inventory does not mean it is equipped.

At the bottom, Equip Best is the automatic selection option, and Unequip ALL is the option for clearing your equipped selection.
